Colour: Deep purple and garnet hues in colour.

Aroma: Aromas of light and dark fruit characters with whole black pepper and cinnamon spice on the nose.

Palate: The palate is full bodied, displaying long fruit sweetness which is supported with a firm acid backbone and balanced integrated tannins, sustaining the length of this wine.

Maturation: In French Oak barrels of 24 months.

Food Match: Shiraz is great for grilled meats or veggies, wild game, richly flavored red meats, beef stew and meat lover's pizza.
