MURRYLAND MERLOT
这款梅洛是在我们康铎葡萄酒园海拔最高的一处产地产出的。这块产区无论是从光照、降雨量以及土壤条件来说,都非常完美的符合了专业用于酿酒梅洛葡萄的生长条件。酒体色泽是清澈闪亮的深色宝石红,酒体的成熟香甜的浆果气息迎面扑来。拥有令人满足般陶醉的丰富润滑的口感,浓烈的香甜气息与烟熏单宁完美结合的口感结构。

Aroma: A lovely and complex wine, it displays ripe red fruits of cherries, plums
and fruit cake notes coupled with spicy oak and hints of dark chocolate
Palate:Lushious and Fleshy. Rich sweet flavours balanced with a smokey tannin structure.
Food Matching: Chinese Style Crispy Duck Pancakes, Braised short ribs, Spicy rice dishes, chicken,pork or rabbit stirfrys, grilled chicken, peppers and zucchini.
Cellaring: this wine has been ideally cellared for optimum enjoyment.
Note: The Merlot fermented in sweeping arm Potter fermenters with the pump over program set for desired colour and tannin extraction. Pressing and malolactic fermentation were followed by clarification, before the best parcels (approximately 12%) were aged in seasoned French oak. The separate batches were then brought back together to create the resultant blend.
